Austin-based food truck Coreanos relocated to Houston in 2012, and its fare is available for event. The cellular truck can show up on site at events to serve one thing--like barbecue burritos or cheese chips--or it may offer the whole menu to guests.

Vaidotas Karsokas, Brittany Ferrin along with her husband and co-executive chef, started catering company Truffleberry Market in 2008, with the objective of making everything by hand with ingredients. Savory ice cream cones were included by them for their offerings: Handmade wonton cones are full of creamy burrata cheese and drizzled with balsamic vinegar; a sun-dried tomato stands in for the cherry on top.

Lobster Rolls at Washington

Luke's Lobster has arrived at Georgetown. The fish purveyor's namesake lobster rolls, along with its crab rolls, shrimp rolls, chowders, and new menu additions like the Blue Monster blueberry ice cream sandwich, are available for in-house events in the two-story restaurant, as well as for shipping at the area with orders of $200 or more.
